    Kathleen Cassidy Goodman is a Texas attorney, licensed to practice law in all Texas State Courts, various Federal Courts, and The United States Supreme Court. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, Colorado in 1994, where she has conferred the degree Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude with High Distinction in Philosophy and With Distinction in Political Science. Upon graduation, Kathleen attended St. Mary’s University, School of Law, San Antonio, Texas where she was an Associate Editor, 1996-1997 and a Staff Writer, 1995-1996, for St. Mary’s Law Journal. Kathleen passed the Texas Bar exam prior to graduation and graduated from law school in 1997 as a licensed Texas attorney. For five years following graduation from St. Mary’s University, School of Law, Kathleen was employed with the Justice Foundation, San Antonio, Texas, where she practiced Constitutional Law in federal and state courts representing clients in suits against various cities and governmental agencies, filed Petitions for Certiorari in the United States Supreme Court, filed Amicus Curiae briefs in the United States Supreme Court, Filed Amicus Curiae briefs with the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 3rd and 5th Circuit Courts, filed Amicus Curiae brief with the Texas 3rd Court of Appeals, and represented clients at every level in Texas state courts. Kathleen continues as a volunteer attorney for the Justice Foundation and has been in private practice since 2002.
